Pockets are good for storing things and stashing your hands, but do they have a negative affect on womyn? Your knee- jerk reaction to this is probably to say, no, no they do not. I would have said that too if I did not think about the issue for as long as I have. The thought first came to my mind when I saw a boyfriend make his girlfriend empty her pockets to check if she had cigarettes. He was attempting to force her to quit smoking, making decisions for her (girls clearly cant make decisions for themselves, am I right boys?). Once the two pockets were emptied, the boyfriend was satisfied. let me say that again, he was satisfied. Humans are, by nature, sexually dimorphic. Womyn have ovaries. These are part of the process of raising and nurturing a new life inside of us.
We have a limited amount of eggs, each one is precious and part of the female identity. Men have testicles, they can be used to mark property. Ejaculating on a female is a way to mark them as lesser, a completely masculine and oppressive idea. The testis refill after ejaculation, as pockets refill/ empty. This means that pockets are symbols of testicles, the symbol of masculinity. Womyn walking around with testicles on their pants...that is sick. Renouncing your femininity and putting on testicles reduces your feminine identity, setting back feminism. I suggest that womayn all wear dresses/ skirts to avoid this degrading wearing of pockets.
